How to Plan Your Weekly Flower Order
A repeatable weekly rhythm is what turns flower buying from a scramble into a system.

Split your order into three parts
The florists who buy best split every order into a fixed base, a seasonal layer and an event layer. The base never changes, which makes your shop look consistent. The seasonal layer keeps it interesting. The event layer is bought only against confirmed bookings.
- Base (60%): roses, chrysanthemum, lilies, greenery
- Season (30%): tulips, peonies, hydrangea, ranunculus, dahlia
- Events (10% or more): exactly what is booked, nothing extra
Respect the order deadline
Every shipment has a cut-off before buying starts in the Netherlands. Sending your list the day before the deadline gives room to check availability, propose alternatives and secure the better lots.
Track what actually sells
Note each week what sold out and what you threw away. Two or three weeks of that data is worth more than any general advice about assortment — it tells you exactly what your own customers in Riyadh want.
Talk before you buy
A two-minute WhatsApp conversation before the order is placed regularly saves money: something may be exceptional that week, or a variety may be weak and worth swapping.
Web-Flora supplies florists, wedding and event professionals, hotels and premium retailers in Saudi Arabia with fresh Dutch flowers. Minimum order is 2 boxes (around €600), shipments leave the Netherlands weekly, and Ahmed Frindi is your direct personal contact.
